 service\, we read Old Testament stories of the Holy Spirit\, sing\, pray\,
  and hear a message on the Spirit from one of our leaders. Like the first 
 disciples in the upper room waiting for the coming of the Spirit\, we wait
  for and ask for more of the Spirit in our lives. Saturday\, May 23\, 7pm\
 , either Hill Elementary or the Ministry Space\, we’re waiting to hear b
 ack from Hill. \n\nPENTECOST SUNDAY MAY 24\, 10AM — Celebrate the feast
  of Pentecost with us on Sunday! Deacon Margie Fawcett joining us as our p
 reacher and we will be celebrating baptism. City Kids will have nursery on
 ly as older children join in the baptism service. The liturgical color is 
 red and all are invited to wear red for pentecost if they would like to. 
 \n\nFEAST OF PENTECOST CONVIVIO PICNIC — Join us for our annual Pentecos
 t Picnic and All Ages Soccer Game on Sunday\, May 24\, following the worsh
 ip service. We will gather at McCullough Park in Aurora to celebrate Pente
 cost with food\, fun and fellowship. This is a potluck picnic so please he
 lp us out! If your last name starts with A-L\, please bring a salad. If yo
 ur last name starts with M-Z\, please bring a side dish. The church will p
 rovide hot dogs and fixings\, chips\, desert and beverages. You may want t
 o bring your own chairs and blankets for seating.
